Effective August 29, 2026

This page explains what information I collect through this website, why I collect it, and how I handle it. It covers this website only — it doesn’t cover the separate policies on Etsy or Gumroad, where a few of my products are also sold, or the confidentiality terms of a signed client engagement, which are set out in that engagement’s own agreement.

What I collect

This site collects information only when you give it to me directly, at one of three points:

  • Booking the free audit call. Your name, email, and whatever you write about your business when you schedule a Complimentary 15-Minute Document & Workflow Audit.
  • The contact form. Your name, email, and your message, if you reach out directly instead of booking a call.
  • The newsletter signup. Your email address, if you subscribe.

Cookies & analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how visitors find and use it — things like which pages get read and roughly how much traffic the site gets. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to do this and collects information such as your approximate location, device and browser type, and the pages you visit. It does not collect your name or email through this site unless you separately give it to me through the booking form, contact form, or newsletter signup above. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking across the web using Google’s own browser opt-out add-on, or block cookies in your browser settings.

How I use it

  • To schedule and prepare for your audit call.
  • To reply to a message you send through the contact form.
  • To send the newsletter, if you subscribed to it — and nothing else.

I don’t sell your information, rent it, or use it for advertising. I don’t share it with anyone outside the tools listed below.

Who else sees it

A few outside services help run this site. Each has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data on its end:

  • Google Calendar — runs the audit-call booking widget.
  • Google Analytics — measures site traffic and page views, as described above.
  • Hubspot — sends the newsletter, for anyone who subscribes.
  • My web host — stores the site itself and keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and uptime, the way any website host does.

If you become a client

This policy covers this website. It doesn’t cover the documents, case files, or business data you’d share with me during an actual engagement — that’s addressed separately, in writing, in your service agreement before any work starts. I do the work at your location, or hand off tools your team installs and runs themselves, so your documents stay on your own systems rather than being uploaded anywhere or moved onto my computer. Nothing you share with me is used to train a public AI model.

How long I keep it

I keep booking and contact-form information only as long as it’s useful for the conversation it came from, and newsletter emails for as long as you stay subscribed. You can ask me to delete either at any time.

Your choices

  • Unsubscribe from the newsletter any time using the link in every email.
  • Ask what information I have about you, or ask me to correct or delete it, by emailing me at the address below.

Changes to this policy

If what this site collects or how I use it changes, I’ll update this page and change the effective date at the top.
